This full-service hospital is the only hospital in the Wayne, Westland, Garden City, Canton, Inkster and Romulus area verified by the American College of Surgeons as a Level III Trauma Center. The Beaumont Hospital-Wayne facility offers services ranging from 24-hour emergency care, surgical services, laboratory and radiology, rehabilitation medicine and a comprehensive birthing center with private labor and delivery suites. In 2007, BH-W was also designated a recipient of The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for knee and hip replacement.
